彰化市建國科技大學生觀察民眾生活使用物品遇到的困境，最近研發出虬龍外觀高效LED散熱座以及可攜式光纖警示裝置，作品參加2016日本JDIE日本真夏設計發明展，分別獲得一金一銀成績。 民族風設計的虬龍外觀高效LED散熱座，獲得日本JDIE日本真夏設計發明展金牌及馬來西亞特別獎。製造科技研究所學生楊博鈞說，有些家用LED造型燈重量重，地震時掉落相當危險，他的作品以樹酯凝結金屬粉末做成LED散熱座主體，除了輕量化，內嵌鋁合金導熱體與馬達風扇，大幅增強散熱，並在單調的LED散熱座鰭片上加入蟠龍、華鳳等造型，可提升產品質感與附加價值，有機會商品化。 設計可攜式光纖警示裝置的機械工程系學生呂祈旻說，新聞播報車輛在夜間拋錨，因警示三角架反光板亮度不夠，造成車輛追撞的意外，可攜式光纖警示裝置將傳統紅色塑膠材質三角架改為鋁合金，邊緣鑲上光纖，並以電池為能源，車主只要將三角架打開，插上電池棒，利用折射就能達到有如黑夜中螢火蟲亮光的效果，既省電又能提高警示效果。 學生設計過程為讓三角架符合交通法規的規格，不斷修改結構，希望能實際幫助到用路人。 新聞來源：http://udn.com/news/story/6899/1942141 Great Auto Parts Industrial Co.,Ltd is a commited to manufacture of steering system parts, chassis parts and auto suspension parts.
